I tried to sing it,but oh well, not quite the same. If you haven't discovered this product yet, you need to go check out the laundry isle at the grocery store. The SHOUT color catchers have prevented many laundry accidents at our house. Just toss one in the wash cycle of the wash machine with your items. I use them a lot with clothing, but also with fabric that I am going to sew with. Another great use is for laundering items made out of Batik fabric. If it is Batik I usually put two color catchers in. It helps prevent fabric colors from running onto each other. I'm not saying it will prevent all issues, but I have had great luck with it. It's also great to send along to college with those kids that think they can wash any type of color garments together. YIKES...major pet peeve of mine.

YEAH!

I finally found the type of Sofa I had been looking for, plus ended up getting a rocking/recliner love seat to match! The sofa also has recliners on both ends, and a drop down table in the center. And even got a discount for the whole deal. Thanks to Kristin for helping me find this. She has such a knack for what goes together. My color scheme is going to be browns and blues. I still need to get some throw pillows that will help tie in the blue chair with the new brown furniture. Oh yeah, and I noticed a bonus, our cat Riley is color coordinated to match the room!

My new Containers - OXO GOOD GRIPS POP CONTAINER
Someday I hope to be this organized. Wish me Luck and time to do it!
I finally found containers for using in my kitchen, or anywhere. They are exactly what I have been looking for. I also found these at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. They are OXO GOOD GRIPS POP CONTAINER. They are stackable, The lid is flat, but has a round button in the center. When you push the lid down, it pops up, and becomes the handle. The button also engages the sealing mechanism. They are awesome. I also found some at Target. This is what I have so far, but plan on getting more. Monday, June 22, 2009
